How do I access the 'Control Panel'? [top]
There is a link on the navigation panel labeled 'User Control Panel' which is
used. After clicking this you will be asked to provide the reference number, provided
to you when you first became a member, as well as the password you chose.
I've forgotten my password, what do I do? [top]
There is a link available from the password request page when you first try to
log into the Control Panel. You will be asked to provide your reference number
which was assigned to you. If you do not have your reference number available,
try searching for your company and look for the ten digit number in the address
line of your browser. After entering this number, your password is e-mailed to
you at the technical contact's e-mail address.
